During the 30 minute drive to the resort, our driver gave us tons of useful information, places to eat, must see sights and tips on places that were much cheaper than the resort. The vehicle was clean, and was disinfected before we got on. Because of the information I provided before the trip, they already had return transportation scheduled and gave me everything I needed for the return trip to the airport. All I did was give them my last name and they called for the vehicle transporting us to our resort. Once outside, they Gray Line staff were dressed as described in the email and at the designated location. The closer we got to the exit the more aggressive they became trying to get us to deal with them instead. We were stopped by 3 separate groups inside the airport claiming to be part of Gray Line and attempted to get us to purchase tours and other excursions while there. They said that anyone inside the airport was not affiliated with them, and to ignore the. They told us that once we got to the airport to go directly outside to area #6. About a week before our flight, we received an email letting us know what to expect. I can not properly express how professional this company is. If you're going to book an excursion, go through your hotel or go through hell. After 3 days of going back and forth, the best they could offer us was $500 back. Considered that was more than reasonable being they just left two people on the side of the road for an entire day. Being we only received about 25% of what we paid for, we asked for half our money back. Thus losing an entire day of vacation vacation time at our resort. sit on the side of the road for 5 hours with no food or accommodations and didn't return back to their resort until 6pm. So 2 guests got to leave their all inclusive resort at 7am. Obviously they could not accept to go on that boat or they would of been stranded. ![]() They kept telling them that they were bumped to the next boat and then again and then again until finally they were told they would have to wait till a later boat that would cause them to miss their flight back to the resort. Our other 2 members of our party never got to leave the shore. The first 3 of us got on a boat and when off to the Whale Sharks. We were asked if we would be willing to break our group into two parties to still make the trip workout which we obliged too. Upon arrival there was a fog storm that was unpredictable. Our party of 5 paid $3,150 for a private jet to supposedly go to a private island to see sealions and Whale Sharks. The prices are maybe a bit more than we could of found elsewhere, but we think well worth the peace of mind. We had a great experience with Gray Line and will only use them on our visits to Los Cabos or Puerto Vallarta. Best tip is to book your ride ahead of arriving at the airport and go straight to your ride and not say a word to all others in between. ![]() We did get tricked but managed to get away from them and others there giving fake information. We also booked a City Tour with Ashley and it was well worth the investment as the driver was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very well, and the entire tour was very timely.Īshley gave us a map and instructions for leaving the airport and told us to head straight out of the airport to shade 6 parking area as that was where our ride was waiting, and to not stop to talk with any of the tricky time share people hounding us as we left security. ![]() The trips were right on time and the drivers were cordial and well informed. Ashley, the lady who looked after all arrangements was wonderful and made us feel more at ease to our Los Cabos visit. On the recommendation of the Holiday Inn we contacted Gray Line to arrange an airport pick up and return a week later.
